The Test of Opinion has been posted to all tenants and leaseholders within the Borough. If you have not received a test of opinion document, you should contact the Independent Tenants Advisor to request one.

You can complete the Test of Opinion by return freepost, or online.

All you need to participate is the UNIQUE REFERENCE NUMBER which is printed on your postal copy of the Test of Opinion.

The Test of Opinion is live between 9am on the 30 January 2012, until midnight on the 24 February 2012.
